Shipping Policy

Orders shipping within the United States with a merchandise subtotal over $300 ship free. The subtotal is counted after discounts and before tax. Orders of $300 or less pay shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to a PO box don’t qualify for free shipping (see below).

We currently ship within the United States only. Local customers are welcome to pick up their order at our Memphis showroom at no charge. Please bring a photo ID.

We work to process every order as quickly as possible. Depending on the piece, processing can take up to 30 days before your order ships. If something will take longer than the time we’ve given you, we’ll contact you before that time has passed with an updated date. At that point you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Every order ships fully insured until it’s delivered.

• Orders over $500 require an adult signature on delivery.
• For orders between $100 and $500, a signature may be required at our discretion.

We can ship to PO boxes, but please contact us directly before you place an order going to one. PO box orders don’t qualify for free shipping.

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the order ships. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damage, include photos of the item and the packaging, and keep all of the packaging. We’ll file the insurance claim and work with you on a resolution.

Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.
