Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund — for example, because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a piece that’s no longer available.

Prices may change without notice, partly because precious metal markets change. Availability isn’t guaranteed until the order ships.

We try to describe pieces accurately, but weights, measurements, and carat weights are approximate. Photos may be enlarged to show detail, and colors vary by screen. Lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds are identified in each listing.

Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full payment details.

All sales are final. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund; after that and before your order ships, a 30% restocking fee applies. See our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy for full details.

Repair and custom estimates are confirmed in person. Custom work and alterations can’t be cancelled once ordered. Appraisals are professional opinions of value, not guarantees of resale value.

The concierge, taste quiz, “Try It On” visualizer, and custom design assistant are shopping aids, not quotes or appraisals. Previews and concept images may not match the finished piece exactly. Photos you upload are used only to generate your preview or concept.

Site content and photography belong to Cunningham’s or its suppliers. Don’t copy them without permission.

Apart from the 30-day manufacturing defect coverage described on our Returns Policy, products and this site are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
